Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Carpenter to support residential remodeling projects including kitchen and bathroom renovations, window and door installations, framing, trim work, flooring, demolition, and cabinetry. The ideal candidate must have a solid work ethic, own their tools and vehicle, and demonstrate professionalism with a neat appearance and a positive attitude. This role typically operates individually but requires strong teamwork skills and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform residential remodeling tasks with precision and efficiency

Install windows and doors accurately

Construct framing and execute trim carpentry details

Install flooring materials in various residential spaces

Conduct general demolition safely and cleanly

Build and install kitchen cabinetry

Utilize hand and power tools along with measurement and leveling instruments

Maintain tools and equipment in good working order

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional carpentry experience

Vocational training in carpentry

Valid driver's license

Skilled in framing, trim carpentry, flooring installation, and remodeling techniques

Experienced with demolition and tool handling

Strong teamwork and time management skills

High attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
