Role Overview:

Fosad Consulting is seeking an experienced L&D Specialist to coordinate training programmes, develop customized learning solutions, manage client relationships, and drive business development within the L&D/Training unit.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and deliver L&D training programmes for clients, internal staff, and outsourced personnel.

Develop customized training programmes, proposals, presentations, and learning materials.

Manage facilitators, training logistics, schedules, venues, and budgets.

Generate leads, engage prospective clients, present training solutions, negotiate, and close business opportunities.

Build and maintain client relationships and drive repeat and new business.

Respond to tenders, RFIs, and other training opportunities.

Develop L&D-related content and support promotional activities.

Execute and track the agreed 90-day strategic plan.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field.

3–5 years’ relevant experience in L&D, Training, HR Consulting, Business Development, or a related area.

Proven experience in training coordination/facilitation and client engagement.

Strong business development, presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, research, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong commercial awareness, initiative, and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Relevant L&D/HR certification is an advantage.

Willingness to travel when required.
