What You'll Do

Complete service requests and preventative maintenance

Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances

Prepare apartments for new residents

Deliver outstanding service with professionalism and respect

Support both communities while maintaining high-quality standards

What We're Looking For

Apartment maintenance experience preferred

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry

EPA/HVAC certification is a plus, but not required

Ability to work independently and adapt to different communities

Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellence
