Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care adhering to hospital protocols

Monitor patient health and report changes to the nursing team

Assist with administering medications and treatments as directed

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Support patient hygiene and comfort needs

Collaborate with nurses and medical staff to coordinate care plans

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of practical nursing experience
