Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents according to established policies and procedures

Ensure the highest degree of quality care is always maintained

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications:

Must be certified as a nursing assistant, by the department of Health, within four months of date of hire

Previous nursing facility experience preferred
