WECTEC Staffing/Westinghouse is hiring an on-site Electrical Field Operations Lead for the Palisades nuclear site in Covert, MI. This is a full-time, 6–12-month contract role reporting to the Palisades Site Manager. What you’ll tackle

Lead and coach electrical crews executing maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.

Own logistics and workforce planning while upholding safety and company policy.

Partner with project teams to align deadlines with regulatory and quality requirements.

Perform field inspections; verify code adherence and nuclear safety compliance.

Document all work, inspections, and safety checks with precision. What you bring

Field-based electrical experience.

Prior work inside nuclear or similarly regulated environments.

Strength in crew leadership and real-time issue resolution.

5+ years working with electrical systems, safety protocols, and compliance frameworks.

Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical docs.

Preferred: journeyman electrician, OSHA training, nuclear site clearance.

High School diploma or equivalent. Technical proficiency
