ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This hybrid sales and service role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a positive team environment. You'll assist with customer service, support marketing initiatives, answer incoming calls, and help identify opportunities to better serve our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.

Support agency marketing efforts through outreach, follow-up, and community engagement activities.

Identify opportunities to connect customers with additional products and services that fit their needs.

Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective and existing customers.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Assist with administrative and office support tasks as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.

Organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer and technology proficiency.

Bilingual Spanish PreferredCOMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:

$12.00 per hour plus activity-based bonuses

Part-time position

Primary schedule: Wednesday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
