Perform routine building maintenance including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical repairs

Assist with heating and ventilation system maintenance

Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls

Complete maintenance documentation and report updates to supervisors

Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and staff

Follow all safety and health regulationsWho We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required

Two or more years of maintenance or related experience preferred

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Motivated and dependable team player
