Job Brief

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our client. This job involves load and unload trucks, sort and stock inventory, label and serialize products, and use RF scanners as needed. You’ll also cut or slab rolls efficiently to reduce waste and help maintain a clean, safe work area by sweeping, organizing shelves, and keeping workstations neat

What’s a Typical Day Like?

Loading and unloading inventory on and off trucks

Product sorting and stocking as directed by management and/or supervisor and in accordance with organizational standards

Labeling and serialization of product

Operation of RF scanners as necessary and as directed by management and/or supervisors

Cut or slab down rolls in an efficient manner to minimize waste

Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat; sweep, dust and mop

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

Previous OSHA or employee certification for powered industrial truck operation

Be a team player with ability to work well with others

Good mathematical skills

Learn and use various computer applications (software)

Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time, up to the whole day

Ability to move and/or lift up to 75 lbs. on a continuous basis

Flexible, willing to work any schedule, including weekends and holidays, in all types of weather

Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel, crouch, crawl and/or stoop on a repetitive basis

Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity to include grasping and holding

Pass a background check and drug test

Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time

Communication skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
