Senior Java Developer - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Java Developer for a contract-to-hire position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH, Minneapolis, MN, Dallas, TX, or Charlotte, NC. This is a hybrid position.

Compensation: $59.00 - $69.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

This role will support a large Card Servicing team within Enterprise Payments. The focus will be on backend development supporting card servicing applications and processor integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform backend Java development for enterprise payment systems

Develop and maintain REST APIs

Support card servicing applications and processor integrations

Participate in an Agile/Scrum environment

Primary Requirements:

Strong backend Java development experience

Spring Boot

REST API development

Enterprise application integration experience

Experience working with backend processors

Agile/Scrum experience

Desired Skills:

Credit card or debit card domain experience

Payments experience

Banking experience

Self-motivated and proactive

Strong communicator, comfortable speaking up and asking questions

Collaborative teammate willing to seek help and support others

Accountable and driven
