Oracle HCM Fusion Technical Security Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Technical Security Administrator to manage and enhance security for our enterprise-scale SaaS applications. This role will be responsible for overseeing security management, user access, and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead security management for enterprise-scale SaaS applications, with a focus on HCM.

Manage security configurations within the Oracle HCM system, including Security Console, HCM Role types, Areas of Responsibility, and Data Security policies.

Maintain user access and related security process documentation.

Build custom roles to support HCM application and HR business processes.

Monitor, resolve, and respond to access-related questions and requests for the Oracle HCM system.

Drive the agile execution of Oracle HCM system security configuration, upgrades, and implementations.

Become a domain expert for HCM system access and configuration, collaborating with Oracle on new features and improvements.

Analyze and connect different requirements for security changes with core functional HCM configurations.

Qualifications

Skills: Oracle Fusion HCM, Security Management, HCM Security Console, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Data Security Policies, User Administration, Problem Solving, Communication.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
