Record to Report Assistant Manager

About the Role

This position is core to ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting, encompassing all financial statements such as Retail Accounting, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and detailed segment, inventory, and flux analyses.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the comprehensive month-end closing process, including bank reconciliations, fixed asset management, project-to-profit processes, management information and presentations, business partnering, annual audits, statutory reporting and filings, and treasury and tax requirements.

Support the RTR Operations Manager in achieving set KPIs and SLAs for the AP team.

Assist the RTR Operations Manager in driving compliance, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement within the AP team, along with handling ad hoc requests.

Supervise multiple business units with assigned team members.

Coordinate with in-country finance teams to resolve reconciling items and ensure end-to-end RTR team deliverables.

Generate reports and perform financial analysis by segment and dimension as required by ROHQ Finance and the Finance Lead.

Independently deliver flux analysis of expenses based on ERP data and facilitate coordination between Operations and CGS RTR.

Perform inventory analysis within the set timeline and coordinate with Sales and CGS PTP or other workstreams.

Supervise the month-end closing process, conducting pre-closing analysis to ensure the quality and accuracy of each closing.

Prepare the Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation Report and all necessary audit schedules.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of work experience in finance and accounting.

At least 3-5 years of experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role, with supervisory or managerial experience.
