Lead AC installer

Job Description

The Lead AC Installer plays a key role in overseeing and performing the installation of air conditioning systems across a variety of settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Reporting directly to the project manager, this position balances hands-on installation work with supervisory responsibilities and requires occasional travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

Install air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings

Lead and coordinate installation teams on-site

Ensure compliance with installation specifications and safety regulations

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings during installation

Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly

Maintain equipment and inventory for installations

Travel occasionally to project locations as required

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead HVAC installation

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of HVAC systems and air conditioning installation

Experience with electrical wiring related to HVAC

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Strong problem-solving skills
