Job Description

The Dockmaster oversees daily dock operations, ensuring efficient vessel coordination and effective management of dock activities. Leading a small team of 1 to 5 members, the Dockmaster utilizes specialized maritime management software to optimize operations and maintain smooth harbor functionality.

Responsibilities

Manage dock activities to ensure smooth and safe vessel operations

Coordinate vessel arrivals, departures, and mooring assignments

Supervise a small team of dock personnel

Utilize maritime management software to monitor and report on dock operations
