Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy that is rooted in systemic and relational therapy approaches.

Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning.

Create and implement personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients to address their unique emotional and relational challenges.

Facilitate engaging and supportive counseling sessions, utilizing warmth and skill to build rapport and trust with clients.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to comply with regulatory standards and support continuity of care.

Collaborate and coordinate with psychiatrists, case managers, and external service providers to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

Participate in regular team consultations, supervision sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Citrus Counseling and Psychological Services, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele facing various emotional and behavioral issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Qualifications

A valid LMFT license in the state of Nevada, or eligibility for licensure if newly graduated.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a dedicated focus on marriage and family therapy preferred.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a therapeutic role, preferably in an outpatient setting.

A strong understanding of family systems theory, attachment styles, and trauma-informed care.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience working with varied populations, including underserved communities.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses that reward your contributions and successes.
