Logistics Executive

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Ensure secure storage and handling of smartphones and electronic devices.

Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits/cycle counts.

Coordinate order preparation and dispatch to wholesalers, distributors, and retail customers.

Maintain proper documentation for inbound and outbound inventory movement.

Ensure FIFO practices and accurate serial number tracking.

Monitor warehouse security, access control, and loss prevention measures.

Coordinate with 3PL logistics teams for transportation scheduling and delivery execution.

Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and support personnel.

Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and operational discipline.

Support urgent dispatch requirements for market demand fluctuations.

Generate daily operational reports and circulate with sales team.
