L6 - Supervisor - Product & Engineering Operations

The Role:

• Multiple engineering teams. One operational standard.

• The Assistant Manager — Product & Engineering Operations leads cross-functional execution across SDT, STT, WIT, and AIT teams. From software development and testing to UI/UX delivery and AI deployment.

• You oversee project execution, sprint delivery, quality metrics, deployment readiness, resource planning, and cross-team coordination. You bridge product vision with operational execution while ensuring engineering quality, testing discipline, design consistency, and measurable intelligence outcomes.

• The Conductor does not manage isolated teams. It synchronizes the entire engineering ecosystem.

What You Will Own - Your Responsibilities :

• Team leadership — managing engineering teams across delivery operations

• Project execution — overseeing sprint plans, releases, and timelines

• Engineering governance — ensuring coding, testing, and deployment standards

• Cross-functional collaboration — aligning development, testing, design, and AI teams

• Quality & deployment oversight — monitoring defects, stability, and production readiness

• Operational reporting — tracking KPIs, SLAs, and delivery performance

• Risk & escalation management — resolving blockers, delays, and production issues

• Process improvement — improving CI/CD, QA workflows, and operational efficiency

• Team development — mentoring teams and strengthening engineering accountability

• TARGET: 95% Release Stability 90% Sprint Delivery Accuracy

• Measured through deployment success, testing coverage, delivery timelines, defect reduction, SLA adherence, and operational KPI improvements across engineering teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

• 7 years of experience in Software Development, QA, Product Engineering, AI Operations, or Technical Project Management

• Experience leading cross-functional engineering or product teams

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, CI/CD pipelines, testing workflows, and deployment operations

• Experience managing delivery timelines, operational KPIs, and stakeholder communication

• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and escalation management skills
