Job Description

Industrial Maintenance Technician – $32+/hr

We’re working with a growing manufacturer looking to add a skilled Maintenance Technicians to their team. This role plays a key part in keeping equipment and facility systems running efficiently while supporting production through hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Maintain facility systems including HVAC, boilers, compressed air, and building lighting

Diagnose and repair issues involving mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components

Perform routine preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life

Troubleshoot and support automated systems, including robotics (FANUC, ABB, etc.)

Work cross-functionally with electricians, engineers, and maintenance team members on repairs and projects

Respond to maintenance requests throughout both production and office areas

Analyze and resolve issues with CNC machines, robotic arms, and vision systems

Fabricate, modify, and repair tooling, fixtures, and custom components as needed

2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, and automation equipment

Experience working with robotic systems and following safety standards

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics

Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer skills

Strong hands-on abilities including welding, machining, or fabrication

Physical Requirements

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a manufacturing environment

Comfortable bending, kneeling, crawling, and working in confined spaces

Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs
