Location: Jasper, Indiana (Indiana CRNA jobs, Southern Indiana healthcare)
Weekly Estimated Pay: $7,530 - $7,930 (locum tenens CRNA pay)
Shift: 8-hour days (7am-3pm)
Shifts per week: 5
Call Schedule: 1 weekday call per week (3pm-7am; combo of primary and secondary)
Start Dates: Sept 15, Sept 28-Oct 2, 19-23, Nov 25, Dec 24
Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days (temporary privileges available with clear background/malpractice history)
EMR System: EPIC (EPIC EMR experience preferred)
Staffing: 9 providers; 6 operating rooms CRNA Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
Active, unrestricted CRNA license (state-appropriate licensure required)
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (AHA issued)
Proof of case logs for epidurals, spinals, and regional blocks
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
Experience with general anesthesia and regional techniques preferred (spinals, epidurals, peripheral nerve blocks) Responsibilities - Anesthesia Provider
Provide perioperative anesthesia care for a broad case mix: general surgery, ortho (predominantly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, ENT, podiatry, heavy OB, and occasional dental and pediatric dental cases
Perform spinals, epidurals, and regional nerve blocks with documented competency
Collaborate closely with MD anesthesiologists and CRNAs in a team-based model
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EPIC EMR
Participate in scheduled call coverage and respond within established timeframe
