Where: Marengo, IL

When: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (OT opportunities may start at 5:00 AM)

Do you read a blueprint like a roadmap, lay down consistent MIG beads in any position, and keep a work cell spotless? If so, step into a fabrication role where precision meets productivity—and where extra hours are available when you want them. What you’ll do

Execute MIG welding in all positions to achieve required mechanical strength

Operate welding robots as production dictates

Inspect robotic welds for accuracy, placement, and quality

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to build right the first time

Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace What you need to succeed

Demonstrated MIG welding experience

Ability to read and apply blueprints and welding symbols

Experience with ARC, MIG, gas welding, torch cutting, grinding, and slag removal

Comfort standing an entire shift and lifting up to 50 lbs
