We’re seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with experience in Wound Care to serve patients in an assisted living facility in Berea and Somerset, OH 1/2 days a week.If you're passionate about improving lives through skilled wound care and innovative approaches to healing, this opportunity is for you.

As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Conduct bedside wound care rounds

• Assess and manage treatment plans for each patient

• Perform dressing changes and medically necessary debridement

• Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing clinical network

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of OH

• Prior Wound Care experience preferred

Compensation:

•Annual salary range: $30,000 – $50,000
