NOW HIRING — FEDEx GROUND DELIVERY DRIVERS

DCC INC, a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, is looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Delivery Driver, you will:

Safely operate a delivery vehicle and equipment.

Deliver packages accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Follow all safety, security, DOT, and company procedures.

Assist other team members when reasonably requested.

Handle customer delivery investigations and follow-ups when needed.

Train new employees on proper delivery techniques, routing, safety, and security.

Participate in weekly safety meetings.

Represent DCC INC and FedEx Ground in a professional manner.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You must:

Be 21 years of age or older.

Have a relatively clean driving record (MVR).

Be willing to complete required drug testing and background screening.

Successfully pass a DOT physical.

Be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Be dependable and able to work 5–6 days per week, including weekends.

Be able to handle the physical demands of package delivery.

Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
