Total Wireless Sales Associate

Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated, friendly team member to join our wireless retail team! Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available.

What We’re Looking For:

Great customer service and communication skills (Bilingual preferred)

Reliable and dependable

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Must be available to work full shifts, 10 AM–7 PM

Must be available to work alternating weekends

Must have reliable transportation

Retail or mobile-phone experience is a plus

Background check required

(Hourly and commission based pay rate ranging $13-$20 hourly depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:

Help customers find the right wireless products and services

Sell phones, accessories, and wireless plans

Provide excellent customer service

Work toward sales goals and store objectives

Keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming
