Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative

Job Description

We’re hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to support nonprofit organizations, community events, public awareness campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and customer engagement.

No previous outreach, fundraising, marketing, or customer service experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, first-time job seekers, and candidates with retail, hospitality, restaurant, sales, customer service, education, or other people-focused experience.What You’ll Do

Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach locations

Engage with community members in a friendly and professional manner

Share information about nonprofit programs, causes, and initiatives

Support community outreach, fundraising, awareness, and promotional campaigns

Answer questions and communicate campaign information

Build positive relationships with members of the community

Work with a team to support campaign goals

Participate in paid training, coaching, and team meetingsWhat We’re Looking For
