Maintenance Technician – Full-Time

Location: Dadeville, Alabama

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM

Starting Pay: $17.00/hour and up, based on experience

We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dadeville. This is a full-time position working with electric motors, pumps, and related equipment both in our shop and at customer locations.

Job Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain electric motors and pumps

Disassemble and reassemble motors, pumps, and related equipment

Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs

Assist with field service calls and on-site troubleshooting

Inspect equipment and identify mechanical or electrical problems

Properly use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow company safety procedures and work instructions

Assist with other shop and maintenance duties as needed

Qualifications

Basic knowledge and proper use of hand and power tools

Mechanically inclined with good troubleshooting skills

Ability and willingness to learn electric motor and pump repair

Electrical or industrial maintenance experience is preferred, but not required

Dependable and able to work independently as well as with a team

Willing and able to perform field service work when needed

Previous experience with electric motors, pumps, industrial equipment, or mechanical repair is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Starting at $17.00/hour, with higher pay available based on experience

Full-time, Monday through Friday

7:30 AM–3:30 PM
