Golf Course Maintenance Crew – Full-Time

Private Golf Course Full-Time

Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance & Grounds Crew. This is a full-time, hands-on position working primarily outdoors to help maintain the beautiful grounds and playing conditions of our private golf course.

Responsibilities:

Mowing and maintaining golf course grounds

Trimming, edging, weed eating, and general landscaping

Maintaining greens, fairways, roughs, and surrounding areas

Raking bunkers and assisting with course setup

Operating basic landscaping and groundskeeping equipment

Performing general outdoor maintenance and cleanup

Assisting with irrigation and other course maintenance projects as needed

Keeping work areas, equipment, and grounds clean and organized

What We're Looking For:

Dependable and punctual

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Able to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods

Willing to learn and work as part of a team

Groundskeeping, landscaping, golf course, or equipment experience is a plus, but not required
