We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our Savannah Factory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and wants to continue developing their technical skills.

Schedule: 4-days-on / 4-days-off, 12-hour shift rotation.

B Shift

Wednesday: 12:00pm -6:00pm

Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6:00am- 6:00pm

What You'll Do

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform various operations, including drilling, grinding, and milling.

Monitor machines throughout the production process and make adjustments as needed to achieve quality results.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet documented quality standards and specifications.

Safely package finished products according to established procedures.

Learn and apply Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.

Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the work area, including floors, benches, machines, and storage areas.

Follow proper material handling procedures.

Follow all safety procedures and consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Report unsafe conditions or situations to the Supervisor.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience operating CNC machinery is preferred.

Experience with vertical or horizontal milling machines, HAAS equipment, or CNC lathes is a plus.

CNC programming experience is an asset.

Working knowledge of G-Code and CNC milling operations.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Understanding of dimensions, measurements, and quality inspection procedures.

Knowledge of proper material handling techniques.

Comfortable using computers and production-related systems.

Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.

Reliable, accountable, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and work as part of a team.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE use.
