Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Seeking a Entry Level Construction Project Manager / Supervisor who can control the time, cost and quality of construction projects, with new commercial construction management experience. The Project Manager will plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

The Project Manager will oversee the operations of a construction site, from planning to completion. The duties of a construction superintendent will vary, however, they can expect to be responsible for daily scheduling, supervising all activities and tasks, and ensuring the safety and compliance of the site.

The Project Manager will have at least 2 years experience in Construction Management.

Candidate ideally would have experience with new commercial construction.

Candidate must be able to read blue prints

Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
