We are looking to hire five experienced technicians who take pride in delivering exceptional service, maintaining high-quality communities, and providing timely solutions to residents and property management teams.

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Full-time position

Technicians will participate in an on-call emergency rotation

Example: On a 5-person team, weekend on-call responsibilities rotate approximately every 5 weeksCompensation & Benefits

We are seeking experienced maintenance professionals with a strong background in residential or multifamily property maintenance.Required Skills:

Plumbing repairs and troubleshooting

Electrical maintenance and repairs

HVAC knowledge and basic diagnostics

Carpentry and general construction repairs

Drywall installation and repair

Interior and exterior painting

Appliance repair and replacement

Door, lock, and hardware maintenance

Preventive maintenance programs

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

Excellent customer service and communication skills2. Licensed HVAC Technician

We are seeking a licensed HVAC technician to support the property's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.Requirements:

Active HVAC license based on local/state requirements

Experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems in residential or multifamily settings

Ability to perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs

EPA Certification preferred

Strong troubleshooting skills

Note: A valid HVAC license is required for this role. Certification alone does not meet position requirements.3. Licensed Electrician

We are seeking a qualified and licensed electrician with experience in residential and multifamily environments.Requirements:

Active electrical license

Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems

Experience with wiring, circuits, lighting, outlets, breakers, and electrical troubleshooting

Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and safety regulations

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety4. Licensed Plumber

We are seeking an experienced and licensed plumber to support plumbing system maintenance and repairs.Requirements:

Active plumbing license

Experience with residential or multifamily plumbing systems

Ability to diagnose and repair leaks, fixtures, drains, water lines, and related systems

Knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications

Experience working in apartment communities or multifamily housing

Familiarity with AppFolio property management software (preferred but not required)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Reliable transportation and strong attendance recordUniform & Safety Requirements

All technicians must maintain a professional appearance and comply with safety standards.

Required attire includes:

Work shirt

Composite-toe or steel-toe safety shoes
