Join a brief safety huddle and review standardized work instructions.

Set up and operate production equipment (training provided) to perform hands-on operations to exacting customer requirements.

Inspect your work against quality standards and document results.

Keep your station clean, safe, and well organized throughout the shift.

Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily production targets and hand off smoothly to the next shift. Pay

Hourly Pay: $26.52 Shifts

Must be able to work all available shifts:

1st Shift - 6:45AM – 2:45PM

2nd Shift - 2:45PM – 10:45PM

3rd Shift - 10:45PM – 6:45PM

Weekend Crew - Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon – 6:45AM – 6:45PM, 6:45PM – 6:45AM, 10:45AM – 10:45PM, 10:45PM – 10:45AM What you’ll bring

High school diploma or GED

2+ years of work experience; prior manufacturing experience not required—we will train you

Ability to work any shift (including afternoons, nights, weekends) and overtime as needed

Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn

Ability to follow instructions, adhere to safety guidelines, and perform in a fast-paced industrial setting Proficiency
