Maintenance Technician – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Delavan, WI

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Available Shifts & Pay:

1st Shift: $30-$35/hr, based on experience

2nd Shift: $28-$36/hr, based on experience

Must be able to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a manufacturing team in Delavan. The ideal candidate will have a strong maintenance background with experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment. Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

Diagnose equipment malfunctions and minimize downtime

Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial machinery

Complete maintenance documentation and work orders

Support production by responding to equipment issues in a timely manner

Follow all safety policies and proceduresQualifications

Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required

Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment

Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional Information
