Join our warehouse team and play a key role in keeping production and shipping running smoothly.

You'll handle finished product, prepare orders for shipment, and help keep our freezer warehouse clean and organized.

As a team member, you'll also take-home weekly factory seconds — your freezer will never be empty!\n \n Schedule\n\n Monday - Thursday: 6:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m.\n\n \n Pay\n\n $19.50 an hour to start.

$20.50 an hour after becoming forklift certified\n\n \n What You'll Do\n\n Manually stack finished product from rollers onto pallets in the freezer, repeatedly lifting 35-lb cases from floor level to build pallets up to six feet high\n Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move, shrink wrap, rotate, and store pallets of finished goods\n Follow daily picking tickets to build and stage orders for shipping\n Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks, verify piece counts, and complete paperwork for received/shipped goods\n Perform data entry using inventory management software\n Maintain general housekeeping in the freezer and warehouse\n\n \n Benefits\n\n Insurance starts Day 1: Health, Dental, Vision, Medical Clinic Membership, and Employee Assistance Program\n Paid Time Off & Paid Sick Days\n 401(k) with 6% company match\n 9 Paid Holidays — full pay for holiday shutdowns on scheduled workdays; 2.5x pay for holidays worked\n\n \n Requirements\n\n At least 18 years old\n Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English\n Basic math proficiency\n Strong attention to detail\n Reliable attendance on your chosen fixed schedule\n Minimum 1 year of forklift experience required\n\n \n Physical Requirements\n\n Ability to repeatedly lift 35-lb cases from floor level and build pallets up to six feet high\n Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs when handling CHEP pallets\n Full range of motion in knees, back, and neck\n Comfortable working in a freezer environment averaging -20 F\n\n \n Work Environment\n\n Freezer and warehouse settings with varying noise levels and moving equipment\n Exposure to industrial machinery, including electromagnetic fields from production equipment\n Exposure to food allergens (peanuts, tree nuts), including contact with skins, oils, and dust from processing and grinding\n\n
