Job Description
An Architectural Draftsman with expertise in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and Adobe Creative Suite provides technical support in residential design projects. Working within a small team of 2 to 5 members, the draftsman contributes to the preparation of blueprints, design documentation, and overall project execution while ensuring accuracy and quality. Occasional client interaction requires strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
Produce detailed technical drafts and 3D models using AutoCAD and related software
Prepare accurate blueprints and design documentation for residential projects
Collaborate with team members to support project development and revisions
Update drawings and documents to reflect design changes
Conduct quality control checks on all drawings and models
Utilize office software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Windows OS, for project support
Assist with general project coordination as needed
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in architectural drafting
Diploma or Associate Degree in Architectural Technology or related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with Windows operating system
Strong technical drawing and blueprint reading skills
High attention to detail and excellent time management
Effective communication skills for occasional client interaction
