Job Details : Expected Salary : $500,000/year (includes bonuses) Base salary: $300,000/year Production bonus: For each patient over 150 patients/year, bonus of either $2,000/patient/year or 40% of patient's annual fee, whichever is greater Expect to see a maximum of 250 patients/year within 2-3 years, for a total salary of $500,000/year After 3 years of employment AND after having at least 200 patients for at least 2 years, physician is eligible for partnership buy-in and the production bonus increases to 5 0% of patient's annual fee OR $2,000/patient/year, whichever is higher $20,000 signing bonus Covered health, dental, vision, disability insurance 401k with matching Qualification : MD, board certified in Internal Medicine or Geriatrics Must have outpatient experience Facility : Concierge Medical Practice Schedule : Start ASAP Office hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, then on call for your own patients Flexible call schedule with other concierge physicians Assignment : Outpatient Only Physician will start with no patients and build patient base from scratch Practice is currently full and receives an average of 5 new patients/week wanting to sign up during peak season At 250 patients/year, physician will average: 4-5 patients/day during peak season (October-May) 0-3 patients/day during offseason (June-September) Will round on own patients in SNF's and long-term care facilities as needed Will visit own patients in the hospital as a patient advocate, but the hospitalist will manage the case EMR: Cerner Community : Voted by the U.S.
