Job Description

This Is Caregiving-Done Differently.

This is a caregiver position with a unique focus on activity-based dementia care. While you'll provide supportive caregiving as needed, you'll also spend much of your day helping clients stay active, engaged, and connected through meaningful activities, conversation, outings, and person-centered experiences.

If you're looking for a traditional caregiver position where most of your day is spent assisting with personal care tasks, this may not be the right fit.

At Full Bloom Memory Care®, we believe caregiving is about so much more than meeting physical needs. We believe the best dementia care happens through relationships, purpose, creativity, and meaningful engagement.

Our Memory Care Partners don't just provide care-they create meaningful days. Whether it's going for a walk, listening to favorite music, visiting a senior center, playing games, doing a puzzle, baking together, or simply sharing conversation, you'll help clients experience joy, confidence, and connection every day.

If your favorite part of caregiving is building relationships, encouraging independence, creating moments of joy, and helping someone truly enjoy their day, we'd love to meet you.About Full Bloom Memory Care
