We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our growing research team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside physicians, sponsors, and participants to help bring innovative treatments to patients.

Position Summary

The Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of clinical research studies while ensuring compliance with federal regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and study protocols. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage clinical research studies from start-up through close-out.

Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants.

Schedule and conduct study visits according to protocol requirements.

Obtain informed consent and educate participants on study procedures.

Collect, document, and maintain accurate study data and source documentation.

Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and institutional policies.

Communicate effectively with sponsors, monitors, investigators, and research participants.

Prepare for monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory inspections.

Manage study supplies and maintain regulatory binders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a health science or clinical healthcare experience.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple studies while maintaining attention to detail.

Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of GCP, FDA Regulations, and human subject protection beneficial, but not necessary.
