Still Electric LLC is hiring a skilled and experienced Residential and Commercial Lead Electricians to join our growing team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead by example

Lead and execute residential/commercial electrical projects, installations, repairs, and upgrades and all hands on job duties

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications

Supervise and mentor electrical helpers

Ensure all work meets NEC and local codes

Maintain safe job sites and enforce company safety standards

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Order materials, manage timelines, and oversee jobsite productivity

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of proven residential electrical experience

Strong leadership and jobsite management skills

In-depth knowledge of NEC and residential/commercial electrical systems

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Strong work ethic and problem-solving ability

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime or Saturdays

Work Location:

On-site at residential & commercial job sites throughout Columbus, OH

Application Requirements:

Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.

Able to work in tight spaces (ie: crawl spaces & attics)

Able to work in high areas utilizing lifts or ladders

Valid driver license and clean driving record

Experience:

Residential and/or Commercial: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)
