Area Sales Manager

Job Description

A customer of Insight Global is looking to onboard an Area Sales Manager to the Columbus division. This person leads the sales department through the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve profit potentials, quota attainment, and sales goals. With knowledge in the homebuilder industry, they will coach and challenge their sales representatives to turn visiting customers into future homeowners.

Day to Day

Oversee a team of 31 sales reps

Assigns sales team appropriate quotas, goals, and sales areas and continuously monitor these goals

Spend one on one time with sales reps to assist in sales trainings

Acts as liaison between sales team, homeowners, production, office staff and other management to resolve issues/concerns

Must Haves

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of sales experience

Driver's license

Full-time
