In charge of food preparation

Supervise/instruct inmate workers to utilize proper job skills and good work ethic in order to enhance their opportunities for employment upon release

Ensure food preparation meets high-quality standards

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment

Enforce safety and sanitation regulationsQualifications:

High school diploma

Prior experience in a food service preferred, but not required

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong understanding of food safety protocols

Ability to work well under pressure

Passion for cooking and creating delicious meals

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
