Company: Sparksfran Solutions
Work arrangement: Remote
Engagement type: Independent contractor / contract-based engagement
Compensation: USD 55–130 per approved assignment, campaign, or deliverable, as agreed in writing before work begins. This is a service fee and is not salary or wages.
About the Role
Sparksfran Solutions is seeking a proactive Remote Sales Assistant Manager to support international client outreach, business development, sales-representative onboarding, and client acquisition.
The successful candidate will help build and manage outreach systems, coordinate commission-based sales representatives, identify potential clients, and support the conversion of qualified prospects into meetings and business opportunities.
This position is structured as a contract for services, not a contract of employment. In Ghana, the legal classification of a working relationship depends on the actual arrangement—including control, integration, economic risk, and payment—not merely the title used in the agreement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct professional outreach to international prospects through LinkedIn, email, professional networks, and other approved channels.
Research target industries, companies, decision-makers, and potential clients.
Build and maintain accurate prospect, lead, and client-acquisition records.
Prepare personalized LinkedIn connection requests, follow-up messages, and email outreach.
Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls or appointments for Sparksfran Solutions.
Manage outreach campaigns from prospect identification through follow-up and handover.
Support the acquisition of new clients by communicating Sparksfran Solutions’ services clearly and professionally.
Assist with onboarding new commission-based sales representatives.
Explain sales processes, outreach standards, service offerings, CRM procedures, and reporting requirements to new sales representatives.
Coordinate LinkedIn outreach activities performed by commission-based sales representatives.
Monitor sales-representative activity, prospect follow-ups, appointments, and lead quality.
Maintain regular communication with sales representatives and provide practical support where necessary.
Help improve outreach scripts, lead qualification procedures, reporting templates, and sales workflows.
Submit periodic reports covering outreach activity, responses, qualified leads, appointments, opportunities, and client-acquisition progress.
Protect confidential company, prospect, client, and sales information.
International Outreach Requirement
The contractor must demonstrate the capacity to communicate professionally with international clients and prospects across different industries, cultures, and time zones.
The role requires:
Strong written and spoken English.
Professional business communication.
Ability to personalize outreach for international decision-makers.
Ability to understand different buyer needs and business environments.
Flexibility to conduct communication during mutually suitable international time zones.
Respectful, non-spam, and compliant outreach practices.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in remote sales support, business development, lead generation, appointment setting, or client acquisition.
Practical knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and prospecting.
Experience working with international clients or B2B prospects.
Ability to onboard, coordinate, or support sales representatives.
Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, or sales-prospecting tools.
Strong organization, follow-up, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and meet agreed deliverables.
Previous experience managing commission-based sales personnel is an advantage.
Performance Expectations
Performance may be assessed using agreed deliverables and indicators such as:
Quality and accuracy of prospect research.
Number of relevant prospects identified.
Quality of personalized outreach.
Follow-up completion rate.
Number of qualified responses and appointments generated.
Quality of sales-representative onboarding.
Timeliness and accuracy of activity reports.
Contribution to client-acquisition opportunities.
Professionalism and protection of company information.
Specific targets will be agreed in writing for each assignment or engagement.
Compensation and Payment
Compensation is USD 55–130 per approved assignment, campaign, or deliverable.
The exact fee will depend on the scope, complexity, duration, and expected output of the assignment.
Payment is subject to completion and acceptance of the agreed deliverables.
Compensation is not described as salary, wages, or employee remuneration.
Unless separately agreed in writing, the contractor is responsible for their own taxes, internet, equipment, communication costs, and other operating expenses.
Commission arrangements for sales representatives will be governed by separate written terms.
No commission, bonus, or additional payment is payable unless expressly agreed in writing.
Contract Status
This is a contract-based independent service-provider opportunity. The contractor will provide agreed sales-support and client-acquisition services to Sparksfran Solutions and will not be treated as an employee unless the parties later enter into a separate written employment agreement.
The contractor:
Is responsible for delivering the agreed services and results.
May use their own equipment, internet connection, and working methods.
Is not entitled to employee salary, wages, leave, pension, insurance, or other employment benefits under this contract.
May provide services to other clients, provided that this does not create a conflict of interest or breach confidentiality.
Must comply with agreed deadlines, quality requirements, brand standards, confidentiality obligations, and lawful instructions relating to the deliverables.
The wording of the agreement should match the actual working arrangement, because using “contractor” language alone does not automatically prevent a relationship from being legally regarded as employment.
Preferential Employment Consideration
A contractor who successfully completes the agreed contract assignment may receive preferential consideration for future employment with Sparksfran Solutions.
Preferential consideration:
Is not a guarantee of employment.
Does not create an employment relationship during the contract period.
May depend on performance, business requirements, availability of a suitable position, and successful completion of any recruitment process.
May include consideration for a future Sales Assistant Manager, Business Development, Sales Operations, or related role.
