Our practice was founded in 2009 and has prospered with over 1,000 + referring providers and over 90,000 patients.

Position Summary:

$400,000 first year salary with $35,000 signing bonus

42% of Net Collections Years 2+

Moving expenses & annual CME allowance

Five weeks PTO

Full-time (four-day work-weeks)
