Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a fast-paced printing environment in Lowell Ma. This role involves operating and maintaining printing or finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

Operate printing or finishing machines (cutters, binders, laminators, or press equipment)

Set up machines according to job specifications and production schedules

Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements:

Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing or printing preferred

Ability to read work orders and follow instructions

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in printing, labeling, or packaging environments

Familiarity with bindery or press operations

Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving

Ability to read rulers and measure accurately

Attention to detail and quality control
