Responsibilities of the NetSuite Implementation Specialist

Lead hands-on NetSuite configuration and implementation activities across multiple entities.

Review existing project documentation, system designs, and implementation plans.

Partner with accounting and finance teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into NetSuite solutions.

Execute system configuration, testing, validation, and entity onboarding activities.

Support successful go-live and adoption for global business units.

Validate project deliverables and ensure success criteria are achieved.

Provide recommendations for long-term NetSuite administration and support structures.

Work closely with Finance, IT, and operational stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications of the NetSuite Implementation Specialist

Experience leading full NetSuite ERP implementation in a multinational organization.

Strong expertise in NetSuite Financial Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management modules.

Understanding of accounting principles; accounting experience or certification is a plus.

Experience integrating NetSuite with commercial and custom-built applications.

NetSuite certifications strongly preferred.
