Procurement Supervisor

What You'll Do

Lead and develop a team of six buyers

Oversee daily Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities

Manage purchasing of materials, equipment, services, and indirect goods

Develop and execute sourcing strategies

Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts, and supplier agreements

Manage supplier relationships and performance

Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, Capital Projects, and Legal

Support procurement for both plant operations and capital projects

Analyze procurement spend, costs, and supplier performance

Identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities

Ensure purchasing activities align with company policies and commercial requirements

Utilize SAP/ERP systems and procurement data to support decision-making

What We're Looking For

5+ years of commercial purchasing, procurement, or project procurement experience

3+ years of direct supervisory/team leadership experience

Experience managing buyers, purchasing specialists, or expeditors

Strong SAP and ERP/MRP experience

Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

Experience with supplier management and commercial negotiations

Background in industrial, manufacturing, mining, refining, petrochemical, or similar environments

Strong analytical and Excel skills

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
