Superintendent

Multifamily Superintendent\n \n Position Overview\n We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day field operations of ground-up multifamily construction projects.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.\n \n The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of multifamily construction and the ability to effectively manage field teams, subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n\n Manage daily field operations for remodels and ground-up multifamily construction projects\n Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel\n Develop and maintain short-term schedules to ensure project milestones are met\n Partner with the Project Manager to review project schedules, budgets, drawings, and specifications\n Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and progress\n Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe, organized jobsite\n Lead subcontractor meetings and communicate project expectations clearly\n Identify and resolve field conflicts, scheduling issues, and construction challenges\n Coordinate inspections with local authorities and ensure compliance with applicable building codes\n Manage punch-list activities, project closeout, and turnover\n Maintain accurate daily reports, progress documentation, and site records\n Build strong working relationships with owners, subcontractors, design teams, and internal project teams\n\n \n Qualifications\n\n 5+ years of construction experience, including experience in a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent role\n Ground-up multifamily construction experience strongly preferred\n Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and building codes\n Proven ability to manage subcontractors and keep projects on schedule\n Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills\n Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms\n\n \n What We Offer\n\n Competitive base salary\n Performance-based bonus opportunities\n Vehicle allowance or company vehicle\n Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance\n 401(k) retirement plan with company match\n Paid time off and company holidays\n Opportunities for professional growth and advancement\n\n \n If you are an experienced Multifamily Superintendent interested in joining a growing construction team and leading high-quality projects, we would love to speak with you.\n
