Scrum Master

Title- SAFe Scrum Master\n Dublin OH - in office (Tuesday -Thu )\n Contract\n \n Overall IT industry Experience: 10 + years with good experience in software development projects using Java, J2EE, .NET, web portals, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Should have strong hands-on experience driving technology teams as part of the Agile scrum using SAFe\n Project Role Description: Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.

Coaches and mentors, the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand.

Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.\n Must have skills: Agile Project Management using SAFe\n Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in computer science, Electronics or any related stream\n \n Summary:\n As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our team, ensuring collaborative and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.

You will work closely with the product development team to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
