This role oversees sales floor activities, supports scheduling and staffing, and helps ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently maintained.

The Assistant Store Manager coaches and develops store associates, promotes a culture of customer-focused service, and helps resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional manner.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, supporting retail loss prevention efforts, and analyzing key performance metrics to improve results.

The role collaborates with leadership to execute company initiatives, maintain a safe work environment, and create an engaging experience for customers and team members.\n Qualifications\n \n\n Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.\n Effective interpersonal and Communication skills to lead teams, provide feedback, and engage with customers and colleagues.\n Experience in Store Management, retail operations, or similar supervisory roles, with ability to support staffing, scheduling, and sales execution.\n Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including adherence to policies and procedures that protect people, products, and company assets.\n Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, meet sales goals, and adapt to changing priorities.\n Skill in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to enhance performance and engagement.\n Basic business acumen, including understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and store profitability.\n Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.\n Previous retail or customer-focused experience; leadership experience in apparel or specialty retail is beneficial.\n
