The physician owner personally ramps you in, introducing you to her own patients one by one at your pace.
Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday until 2:00 or 3:00 PM, no overtime, no call.
$115,000 to $130,000 base plus a 25% profit-sharing bonus.

New graduates welcome.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n\n Provide internal medicine and primary care to adults and older adults ages 16 and up\n Start at approximately 18 patients per day, building toward a full panel over time\n Deliver telehealth consultations extending patient access\n Document encounters promptly in Athena EMR with accurate CPT and ICD-10 coding\n Follow practice ACO standards for patient engagement and quality measures\n Build and retain your own patient panel over time\n Develop skills in integrative care, aesthetics, and hormone replacement therapy as services expand\n\n \n Qualifications\n\n MSN or higher FNP, AGNP, AGPCNP, or ANP certification required\n Active North Carolina NP license before start; candidates outside region must relocate\n Active NPI number, valid DEA certificate, and CAQH account required\n Minimum 1 year prior RN experience required\n Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding required\n 1 year primary care NP experience preferred\n Medicare and Medicaid enrollment preferred; not required at hire\n\n \n Schedule & Compensation\n\n $115,000–$130,000/year + 25% profit-sharing productivity bonus above $25,000 threshold\n Full-time Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Friday until 2:00–3:00 PM\n No overtime expected In-person and telehealth Sylva, NC\n Malpractice covered Medical, dental, vision insurance\n $500 annual CME allowance 50% DEA renewal covered after initial employment period\n Hands-on mentorship from physician owner\n\n \n The application and hiring process for this position will be managed through NPHire, a nurse practitioner and physician assistant job board connecting APPs with top opportunities nationwide.
