About the Role:

Compassionate Home Care by Jen LLC is looking for a dedicated CNA or PSS to join our caring team in Biddeford, ME! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing compassionate, personalized care right in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors

Support clients with meal preparation and feeding assistance

Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment

Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being

Document care activities and maintain accurate client recordsRequirements:

Current CNA certification or PSS (Personal Support Specialist) training in the state of Maine

Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting preferred

Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to client care

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Biddeford, ME area

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Specific schedule currently:

Mondays from 11a-3p (Saco)

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 9:30am to 2:30pm (Scarborough)

Wens evening from 4-8p (Biddeford pool)

This can lead to more hours as needs arise.

We do off weekend differentials depending on experience level and years
