Laborers play a vital role in supporting construction and landscaping projects by performing physical tasks that help prepare and maintain job sites. Working primarily outdoors and often as part of a small team, laborers handle site cleanup, operate essential equipment like forklifts and loaders, and assist with worksite preparation. This position requires physical stamina and a strong focus on safety to ensure efficient and secure operations in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

Perform site cleanup and debris removal

Operate forklifts and loaders safely and efficiently

Assist with manual labor tasks including material handling

Prepare construction and landscaping work sites

Collaborate effectively within small teams (1-5 members)

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines

Work occasional overtime as needed to meet project deadlines

Required Qualifications

Entry-level experience in construction labor
